About Us

J.R. Constance, MHA, MLS(ASCP)CM, the President of Rodric Consulting, LLC, is a clinical laboratory scientist with over 40 years of experience in the clinical laboratory arena. He has worked in a variety of hospital settings, ranging from large university hospitals to small 25-bed critical access hospitals. J.R. has held positions ranging from bench tech and laboratory supervisor through laboratory director and outreach support director, and most recently as Interim Director of Pathology Operations for a large academic medical center in Boston. In 2007 he formed Rodric Consulting, LLC.

J.R. is very active professionally and is a Past President of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science. He is also a member of the Clinical Laboratory Management Association.
